Members of the Eloquent team were invited to Creating Tomorrow’s Forests Devon site, to learn more about our ongoing partnership. We introduced tree planting into our sales process nearly two years ago now, with the objective of reducing our carbon footprint.

Eloquent are proud to be sponsoring RunDevon on 9th-10th September 2023. Last year they managed to raise nearly £19k for young people in need, and we look forward to seeing them reach their campaign target again this year.

Since partnering with Creating Tomorrows Forest in June 2021, we have planted a total of 325 trees, which equals to 81 tonnes of carbon offset, over a 30-year period. We partnered with this organisation to do our part in helping the environment. We know that Cloud Solutions rely on servers located in data centres, which are power-intensive buildings with a significant carbon footprint. This is why we decided to take action to make an impact on our carbon offset.

We started this challenge in June 2022, as a remote working company, it was important for us to collectively take part in an activity as a team, to get us away from our desks, and get to know each other better. The challenge was to complete 3669.8km in 140 days, we managed to complete this in 80 days, and we are incredibly proud of everyone that took part.

We are proud to announce that we have become Plymouth Law Society’s very first Official Technology Partner.

On Sunday 11th September, four members of the Eloquent team took part in a 9 mile run to raise money for Young Devon. In total they raised over £18k and still counting. This is an incredible achievement, as they managed to beat their originally fundraising target of £15k.
